Call for Papers

Nanomaterials have recently attracted much interest from worldwide researchers for biomedical applications and environmental monitoring. We cordially invite researchers to contribute original research articles as well as review articles that will stimulate the continuing efforts to understand and explore the potential properties of advanced nanomaterials with targeted applications for biosensing, drug delivery, bioimaging, cancer therapy, bone tissue engineering, infectious diseases treatments, and environmental monitoring. We are particularly interested in articles describing the new findings, advanced technology, and characteristics of nanomaterials related to all aspects of biomedicine and environmental monitoring.

Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Advances in nanomaterials, nanodevices for infectious pathogens detection and treatments
  • Nanodisinfectants
  • Advanced nanomaterials for diagnostics
  • Nanomaterials for bone tissue engineering
  • Advanced nanomaterials and composites for chemical and biosensing technology
  • Nanoparticles and nanocomposites for removal of heavy metal ions and organic dyes contaminated in water
  • Functionalized nanomaterials
  • Hybrid nanomaterials
  • Plasmonic nanoparticles for theranostic treatment
  • Nanomaterials for repair and replacement of cardiovascular system
  • Surface nanostructural materials in biomedical engineering
  • Nanomaterials for drug controlled release

Authors can submit their manuscripts via the Manuscript Tracking System athttp://mts.hindawi.com/submit/journals/jnm/nbae/.
